Andrew W. Phillips

Andy is a senior accountant at the Firm. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration-Management from Shepherd College and an MBA With Distinction in Finance and Accounting from Mount St. Mary's College.

During Andy's four years in public accounting, his focus has been on audits and reviews of closely held corporations, pension plans, and not-for-profit entities such as post-secondary and graduate schools and membership organizations. Andy is also involved in tax planning and the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and footnote disclosures, as well as preparing non-traditional reports such as the SAS 70.

Andy is an active member of his community and is on the board of trustees for a local foundation. He is also a member of the Maryland Society of Accountants.
